Holly gave excellent service! Very personable

We called and said we wanted to test drive a Ford Maverick and Ford Ranger! Holly Ryerse gave us outstanding customer service!! Every time we walked in there she greeted us with her Beautiful smile! She was extremely helpful and kept close contact with me on what was going on with the truck. I picked up my Ford Ranger on my birthday! Holly went out of her way to get a big red bow and ballons for it!!! And some yummy cake with a beautiful card and air fresheners!

Pretty decent,service manager Neil was very on top of everything tried to do what he could to resolve the problem, very courteous and respectful of my complaints. He tries fixes the problem that main factory can't.

The owners & staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable ,willing to bend over backward for every one, I deal with Mike Vadaz on vehicles ,have been buying there since1986. Recently purchased a new F250 at Blue Star, coming from some experiences at previous dealers whilst in my search mode...I can tell you with 110% certainty, this dealer is a cut above. My dealings there were nothing short of fantastic. Colin and Gord made this deal super easy, and I was totally impressed with how fast they took care of my delivery, after I changed the date on them... I left there Thursday at 1230pm after signing up and I picked up my new truck at 3pm the next day (on a Friday) Highly recommend these guys and this dealership. Well done guys-

Bought a used f150 from Colin , I live out of town we spoke about the truck over the phone he answered all my questions and was very honest about the condition of the truck and the whole sale process. I could not have been anymore satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend this ford dealer.

Worked with Brendan and Gord at Blue Star. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Time spent at dealer was minimal as I knew exactly what I wanted. They were very efficient and I did not have to contend with typical car Dealer shenanigans pushing all the extra unnecessary items. Highly recommended.

I continue to be treated with respect and fast responses during and after my purchase! My purchase journey was comfortable and Brendan was very fair, knowledgeable and took his time to answer every question. My entire experience was online from very far away, it was executed very nicely including an amazing delivery ! Therefore, it required a little extra of the sales people with me never seeing it in person first. Brandon went well out if his way to take pics for me and put me at ease. My truck was clean and everything they promised it would be. Ive needed assistance since it arrived and Brendan, Gord and Neil actually jumped to help me as I was traveling at the time. It's all going to work out because of their service and professionalism. So people , don't be shy if you live in a remote or small town, they will help you buy a vehicle and you can trust that what they offer and promise will be solid. With rebate and ford employee pricing, I was able to shave a cool discount just south of 9000 off of the msrp.
