I have recently had a recall with my truck and have taken it to Bluestar Ford for the repairs. Emily has stayed in communication with me and I was called 3 times in one day for updates which is very much appreciated. They have encountered some issues in regards to repairs and I was immediately offered a loaner vehicle as my vehicle will need to stay in the repair bay till fixed. The customer service from Emily has been exceptional! I will update the review based on the outcome of the total experience. Thanks Emily!

The owners & staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable ,willing to bend over backward for every one, I deal with Mike Vadaz on vehicles ,have been buying there since1986. Special thanks to Wes, he has to deal with public, coordinate service apts service advisor and Neal service manager. the Kowtaluks, Bob and Kyle, Shane Coulson Matt Fisher, Ron Giles are great guys, I got my girl friend a 2021 white mustang GT convertible, she loves it. 450 hp, yes she loves the sound and power. thanks Bluestar.

Pretty decent,service manager Neil was very on top of everything tried to do what he could to resolve the problem, very courteous and respectful of my complaints. He tries fixes the problem that main factory can't.

I am writing to share the excellent experience we had purchasing our Lincoln from Blue Star Ford Lincoln last week. We initially met our sales representative, Ron, two weeks prior to our purchase. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, Ron greeted us immediately and made the entire buying process incredibly smooth. He then transitioned us to Tracey, the business finance and insurance specialist. Tracey was 100% prepared, with all of our paperwork perfectly organized and ready to go. Moved to the Simcoe area a few years ago. Now have 2 Lincoln's and Blue Star Lincoln has been taking care of both of them. Great service. Emily is fantastic. Loaner cars when I need them, home drop off service and always get a clean car back. Definitely a great team I count on.
