Pretty decent,service manager Neil was very on top of everything tried to do what he could to resolve the problem, very courteous and respectful of my complaints. He tries fixes the problem that main factory can't.

Booked online appt, no record of appt when I arrived at dealership. They squeezed me in and promptly conducted service online my vehicle.

I am writing to share the excellent experience we had purchasing our Lincoln from Blue Star Ford Lincoln last week. We initially met our sales representative, Ron, two weeks prior to our purchase. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, Ron greeted us immediately and made the entire buying process incredibly smooth. He then transitioned us to Tracey, the business finance and insurance specialist. Tracey was 100% prepared, with all of our paperwork perfectly organized and ready to go. We truly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service from both Ron and Tracey!

Moved to the Simcoe area a few years ago. Now have 2 Lincoln's and Blue Star Lincoln has been taking care of both of them. Great service. Emily is fantastic. Loaner cars when I need them, home drop off service and always get a clean car back. Definitely a great team I count on.

I had a few issues with my 2025 Bronco, Emily in service was amazing! She kept in touch with me and let me know how everything was going. She made sure I had a loaner immediately. She was prompt to get me in as soon as possible. The mechanic fixing my Bronco was thorough. He took my car for the weekend, with my permission of course, to ensure it was in perfect working order. I am so grateful for Emily and how well she took care of me! Thank you Blue Star Ford.

Great people, greater service . I am a Ford lifer for sure. Mostly because of Henry and his prophet like understanding of the world. But these guys are cool too.
Just wish I could find a copy of that one book in the glove box, like the Model T's used to come with.

The team went above and beyond when it came to explaining our Bronco to us. They even went above and beyond to tell us to come in when it’s nicer weather for a full walk through of removing the top and doors. They were thorough, attentive, and made sure we understood all the features before we left. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

Overall, everything was absolutely top-notch. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend Blue Star to anyone looking for outstanding service!

Purchased my second new truck from Blue Star recently and still highly recommend the team there. Once again Colin was great to deal with, made everything super easy and sharp pricing as well. He's genuinely excited to show you all of the features and get you settled in your new vehicle. The paperwork process with Sheri was a breeze, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well.

Deal went as described and truck is outstanding..all good 👍collin was big help changing my tools between the trucks..I buy f250s to work them and they hold up pretty darn good

Coming in from Ancaster it was my First time at Bluestar and it did not disappoint. Came just to shop around but ended up purchasing my first EV. This team is blessed to have an agent like Nick G. The wealth of knowledge of the vehicles that were being presented was clearly explained. Nick gave what I felt was his honest answers to my questions. The buying process was absolutely painless, smooth and straightforward. Unlike other places I did not feel any pressure of any sort here wish I found this location sooner it would have saved a lot of time I cant say enough about how good of an experience I had here.
